What We Offer
As Notaries, professionalism is paramount. Delaware Notaries, we have to hold ourselves to a higher standard.
Because this isn’t just a stamp and a signature. It’s identity verification. It’s fraud prevention.
It’s protecting the integrity of legal and financial transactions. And in real-world situations, the difference between “casual” and “professional” matters.
It's also:
~Picking up the phone or answering a direct message when a potential client or partner contacts us, or returning it promptly.
~Dressing professionally, and not looking like we just came from a nightclub.
~Arriving on time for an appointment, with the supplies and knowledge you need to be able to conduct the appointment correctly.
~Making sure all of the documents are signed correctly, dated correctly, and notarized...before leaving the table.
~Not taking your kids or family members with you to the appointment, unless it's a witness.
~Updating your commission on time, and not notarizing after your commission ends.
~Treating clients' confidential information seriously and taking the necessary steps to protect it.A signer shows up with an ID that looks slightly off. Do you rush through it… or take the extra time with a magnifying glass or UV light to verify it properly?

The goal of this group is to be the go-to Notaries for Delaware. I want to partner with businesses that want to develop relationships with our group.
Eventually, this group will be paid. We will also work on advocacy in raising our fees for what we can charge in Delaware.
