Our fees for trust delivery vary. Please contact us for more information.
We do offer other convenient services, such as:
Receiving documents by mail or email at no charge
Printing documents is a flat $5.00 fee.
Shipping your documents back to you. This fee varies by carrier.
Mobile Notary Services - We Come to You
Our mobile notary services cover coming to your home, office, hospital, facility, etc. in the following towns in Delaware:
Claymont
Wilmington
Pike Creek
Hockessin
Newark
Bear
Glasgow
New Castle
Delaware City
Odessa
Middletown
Townsend
Smyrna
Dover, and more!
Fees include $5.00 per general notarization.
An additional mileage fee of $0.72 per mile applies to the appointment, regardless of whether notarization is completed.
In the cases where parking is paid, reimbursement is required.
Cancellations must be made within 3 hours of the appointment time; otherwise, a $10 fee will be assessed.
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept Venmo, Apple Pay, and PayPal.
Remote Online Notarizations
The fee per remote notarization is $25.00.
Notarization is done through the Blue Notary platform.
The process is simple:
Contact us to schedule an appointment.
We will input you into the platform.
You will receive an email stating the details of the appointment and how to get set up on the Blue Notary platform.
Have your ID ready for the setup.
We perform the appointments and your notarized documents are sent to you completed and secure.
Loan Signing Services
Fees for loan signing services vary, but the base fee is $80.
Additional fees for:
Number of signers
Number of witnesses
Size of loan package
Number of copies printed

Courier Services
When the documents are shipped back to you, we will send you a scanned image of the receipt either by email or text, whichever you choose.
The following fees apply to our courier services and are due in advance prior to services being performed:
Courier fee for one document is $80.00.
For Aposilles:
Please be sure to include the Delaware state fee of $30.00. Total initial payment is $110.00. There may be additional fees for next-day and same-day services (see below).
Additional documents included in the same trip are $30.00 each.
A scanned PDF and tracking number will be securely emailed or texted to you before shipping.
Other Delaware Apostille state fees include:
Next-day service: $100.00
Same-day service: $100.00-$200.00
You will be invoiced within 1 business day for these extra services.
Document Translations - Over 100+ Languages
The fees for document translations vary by language and the number of documents needing translation.
The process is simple:
Fill out our application here and order your translation. If there are any additional fees, you will be notified and invoiced.
As soon as your translation is completed, if it needs notarization, we will schedule an appointment via Blue Notary for online notarization.
Once notarized and completed, your document will be securely sent back to you.
Additional Terms & Conditions
To process your requests, we will always, for every appointment, need from you:
Valid, non-expired, government-issued photo ID.
All unsigned, fully prepared documents are needed for us to perform the needed services.
Please let us know if witnesses are needed for signature verification and notarization. If you are not sure whether you need witnesses or have any legal-related questions, please contact the appropriate document issuer before our appointment. If you cannot provide the necessary witnesses, we may be able to provide them for you.
There is a strict no-refund policy for all notarizations and shipping costs performed and/or charged. If you need refunds for any other charges, please notify us within 10 business days of the service performed. If documents were shipped back to you, there are no refunds for shipping charges.
You will receive a receipt for every transaction.
We cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays, mail delivery delays, or mishandling of documents, including any theft or loss of your documents, by governmental authorities or any third-party parties handling your documents during the processing of any kind.
In the event of any missed signatures or notarizations by any employee or representative of JDP Professional Services, we will do our due diligence, within our authority, to correct the mistake. Any personal information that is collected by JDP Professional Services and its employees/partners/vendors is information we need to provide various services to you and will NOT be shared with ANY outside/third parties, unless expressly approved by you, the client, ahead of time.
When shipping/returning documents to you through USPS, FedEx, or UPS, a shipping receipt and tracking number will be securely emailed or texted to you. Shipping charges will be included in our fees and will be invoiced within 1 business day after shipping. If there are any questions about your shipment, we ask you to please contact the shipping provider directly.
If your documents are denied for ANY reason for processing of Apostilles, and need to be submitted again, our charges apply again for the second submission.
